Amdale Limited based in Portsmouth has secured additional premises. The additional unit which is adjoined to our current premises is undergoing refurbishment and will be ready for use late November.
The decision to acquire additional premises was taken in response to the high demand for more intricate and demanding 5 axis machining solutions from our valued customers. We decided to invest in two new additional 5 axis machining centres together with an additional CMM to add to our quality inspection department.

The 5 axis machining cell now comprises of the flexibility of modern universal milling machines and the performance potential of vertical machining centres. Amdale have recently commissioned the redesign of our website. The Amdale website is in need of updating as we have seen some big changes over the last few months which we want to be reflected in our website.
With the arrival of two new DMU 5 axis milling machines and an additional DEA CMM to the quality inspection department our commitment to the latest technology is evident through these continuous additions to Amdale.
We wanted a new website that would reflect our commitment to technology and how it plays an integral part in the business. The new website design will show how Amdale are an innovative and dynamic company that are offering complex precision engineering solutions to our customers.

The new website will expand upon the existing information and provide our potential customers with a more in depth understanding of what we do and how we can deliver engineering excellence to them.

Increased 5 Axis Machining Capacity
The two new additions to the 5 Axis Machining facility at Amdale are the Deckel Maho DMU 60 and the DMU 80 Linear Multi Axis Machining Centres, which sets a new benchmark in 5-Axis machining. The combination of the precise rotary axes with integrated direct measuring systems leads to outstanding precision and enhanced performance. The construction and solid machine bed design provide the highest precision and accuracy, for both low or high volume production. These machines have the full 5 Axis simultaneous capability or multi-face machining ensuring maximum precision. Continue reading
