The latest Manufacturing Advisory Service Barometer revealed that 43% of companies questioned have seen an increase in their order books over the past six months, with a massive 62% expecting sales turnover to grow between now and June 2013.

Amdale has Increased its 5 Axis Machining Capacity

Amdale Limited based in Portsmouth, has expanded its 5 Axis Machining capacity with the arrival of two new 5 Axis Machining centres. The two new additions to the 5 Axis Machining facility at Amdale are the Deckel Maho DMU 60 and the DMU 80 Linear Multi Axis Machining Centres, which sets a new benchmark in 5-Axis machining. The combination of the precise rotary axes with integrated direct measuring systems leads to outstanding precision and enhanced performance. The construction and solid machine bed design provide the highest precision and accuracy, for both low and high volume production.

Round-the-clock manufacturing and support is a core service at Amdale and the new machines have been put into action immediately. Developing our production capabilities to exceed the high demand from our customers is very important to us and we continuously expand upon our unrivalled quality of components, short lead times and reliability which means that customers are receiving the highest level of service and value.
