This division is complementary to the CNC Milling department, allowing Amdale to extend the services offered from samples to larger batch production components.
Specialising in small batch intricate precision parts with tolerances of + / - 0.005mm and a range of billet sizes from 300mm diameter x 450mm long, down to 3mm diameter gives Amdale a unique capacity for highly demanding projects.
The materials that are currently turned at Amdale range from Silicon Aluminium through to certain Ceramics and Nimonics.
Offline programming using Edgecam enables us to import data direct from customers’ models thus eliminating any drawing errors.
